Homeowners Association
was held Wednesday, March 3rd.
Two new officers were elected:
Jason Flick will be our new Secretary
Nance Romans will be our new Treasurer
Don Cooper will continue to serve as our President.

Annual Meeting Notice Candidate sheet Proxy
Our previous Annual Meeting was held on March 11, 2009. Don Cooper and Jim Clegg were re-elected as President and Treasurer, respectively. There will be a modest $20 increase in annual assessment this year due to increased landscaping expense and one large tree removal. Invoice payment was due April 15th and prompt payment reduces unnecessary work for our volunteer treasurer. Non-reproductive, weed-eating carp have been added to both ponds as a cost-effective, environmentally friendly way to control vegetation. For further details, see the minutes, linked below.
